In January 2016, on a cold Montreal night, I watched a Tomorrowland aftermovie for the first time. That's when I discovered Timmy Trumpet—a DJ who didn't just play music but lived it, trumpet in hand, commanding massive crowds with pure energy. Six years later, I danced at Tomorrowland's main stage as he performed live. Every time I hear listen to his songs, I'm back in that moment. This past Halloween at New City Gas, something incredible happened. As the crowd left, I found myself at the barricade as Timmy Trumpet came off stage. I got my picture with him—eight years from discovery to a dream fulfilled.
